| The Board of Directors has contracted with a professional
management company to handle the day-to-day operation of the community
and its facilities. The current management
company, in place as of May 2005, is McNeil Management Services,
Inc. Management does things such as: |
- interact with lot owners and Architectural Control Committee to
enable approval process
- prepare and send out the annual homeowner's assessment notices & payment
coupons
- prepare and send out the annual membership meeting packages
- pay Association bills and maintain accurate financial records of
Association business
- monitor resident properties for compliance with the Residential
Guidelines and send out violation notices as required
- monitor common areas and coordinate with vendors under contract
with the Association
- interface with title companies, realtors, attorneys, accountants,
etc. regarding HOA
- many other duties specified by contract and under the control and
supervision of the Board of Directors
